Tom D - glad to see you were up and running. Worked out good that you were able to get a last run in for this year..gives you time to work out any bugs for next year.

Did anyone get more photos of John Tigers Vking. It was the white one that Jim Thompson was piloting ?

Tony, the old EZ Loader trailer needed some rehab before towing long distance, can't get the rims off, and the main bolts holding all the weight are half rusted through. It's a winter project....the motor is fresh, 6 hours on the rering and clean up and she's running good. Of course...MORE POWER would always be welcomed!

I saw it in Superboat Steve's second picture thread -

It's about 14 pics down, idling along side a Velocity.

It's a Superboat 30' Y2k and is also on Superboat site www.superboatonline.com (http://www.superboatonline.com)

Trailer; Map gas the nuts. Use cutting wheel to the spring support bolts. Replace with the harden bolts not S/Steel, much stronger.
I would also replace the springs while at it:thumbsup:

I run a 525 ITS. I was tickelling 81 MPH, w/1/4 tank of gas. Hell if I ditch my tool box, anchor, another20 gallons of fuel, who knows! Maybe even ditch the cabin coushions
GREAT NUMBERS!! I'm hoping to make it to the next CT run! If your ever down in LI hit me up, we can run in the rough stuff:thumbsup:

for the nice shots and compliments on my Viking. I don't use this boat much so I'm glad it got some time on the water with Jim at the helm. Should've pushed it harder, Jim, it will turn that prop well over 8k!

John

Awsome - I've been staring at that machine for days. Wouldn't mind seeing a little "John Tiger" article on that thing.;)
