I've removed and plugged the oil pump (left the gear on the crank to keep the balance the same). I'm running pre-mix in the tank. I'm also running a after market dual temp gauge with programable alarm(s). The advance module is trashed and I'm not replacing it.

Given all that, I can't see any reason I would need to put the warning module back on either. Anybody else here see any need for me to keep it?

Thanks in advance

Steve

Thanks T-Rex and Wrenchin,

Both the modules are probably shot judging from the wires that are melted together so they both now have new homes in the local land fill. That's gonna put a few hundred bucks back in the coffers.

Thanks again for the help..
