Were can you find the thick trust washer?i put two most of the time but i see some with thick cone looking ones.

I trust you mean "thrust washer"? :p try any hardware store, I would attempt to get stainless though.

I slapped "Sierra 18-4221" in Google, and right off the bat 3 places showed up. Looks to be about $15 part.

Word of caution if that washer is flat on both sides...........
Look at your prop and the side that mates to the washer......is the hub flush with the end of the prop or is the hub stepped down ?????
If the hub is lower than the prop washer mounting face, you'll need to have that step machined into the washer or your prop will becaome loose over time. When tightening the prop nut, the load is to be placed onto the hub and the props washer surface making it one soild connection.......:thumbsup:
