Have any of you found a good source that sells the OEM style bullet connectors found on Yamaha and late model Mercury wiring harnesses? The ones that have a brass connection terminal and a clear nylon type insulator.
I have been searching the web for some and haven't found any. Seems like Mercury had a "kit" available at one time.

When I was browsing through the CDI\Rapair websight for stators I found O.E. bullet connectors just as you described them.....clear insulation......just like O.E. harnesses. Hope this helps. Do a search for the CDI websight, you should find it. I think they came as a kit. Hopefully they still offer these.

Thanks Pete. I'll look into it. Bill Henderson told me he bought them somewhere just needs to check and see where. Seems like I have seen the kit listed on some Rapair stuff I have now that you mention it.

Let us know when you find them, I just checked 3 different OEM automotive suppliers and none of them had what we are looking for.

Mercury does have a kit. I'll get the # if you need it.

I found the "kit" that Rapair sells, but it doesn't have a lot of pieces, I'd like to find a source where I can get more than what's in the 'kit". I'll keep looking, I'll call Bill tomorrow and get his source.

Merc have all the terminals that they use.
You can buy them individually or in a made up kit

I have used the SB & SS connectors and also bought the crimp tool from them as well, works pretty good and you can buy the connectors individually.
