The motor has not been brokin in, and I`m wantin to know besides a new impeller and comp/leakdown test is what can I expect to happen if it is turned over???? I do not know if the motor was fogged prior to storage. rings stickin?? dry cylinders, etc. etc.

why do you want to do leakdown test on a new, run-one-time motor. sounds like waist of time.
clean carbs, waterpump, and new fuel lines and filters and good to go.

While the carbs are off, I'd pull the reed plate and oil up the bearings and the back side of the piston skirts. Also oil up the cylindes from the plug holes..... that thing sitting that long certainly would have drained the oil out by now.

should be an oil injected [vro] motor, replace the fuel pump along with a complete fuel system rebuild, clean all hoses and also the primer, dump the remaining oil tank and flush it and the lines and reprime, new water pump kit and replace the overboard pee line from the top of the powerhead as they dryrot and break spraying water all over the powerhead, replace the thermostat, pre-oil the motor before starting, it would also be a good ideal to continue the breakin of double mix to be safe.
