Can someone tell me what time the races start on Saturday?

Also, since it looks like a chance of rain saturday, what's the rainout policy?

I'm planning on bringing the family down as spectators.

I think the races start at 11am. If it's not raining TO hard they will run in the rain. If it's a saftey issue and they can't see they won't run. If it's lightening they won't be on the water.
