i have the stock mercruiser trim solenoids that come with the mercruiser mounting bracket. i purchased an oildyne trim pump that appears to have heavier duty solenoids mounted on the side of the pump. i planned on using the mercruiser mounting bracket w/ stock solenoids i already have, would the larger solenoids on the pump be better than the ones i have that came with the mercruiser mounting bracket? thanks
