sounds like its coming along...i cant wait to throw these things together and tear the lake up...ill have my motor payed for and shipped in a couple of days...gotta order a nose cone from bobs and get some solid mounts...i think im going to leave the motor stock for a season then after that ill start tearing into it...that is unless yours is faster than mine...although it'd be cheaper just to throw a couple of sand bags in the nose of yours...lol...chat at ya later bro

update...it has run in the mid 70's so far with a 26 mazco re3...im sure it will see 80mph once we get it back to arizona and run it at lower elevation...right now were running on elephant butte lake in new mexico at aprox. 5000 ft above sea level

wow 5000', you will notice a huge difference once you get lower. I can see an honest 8mph in a difference of 2000' of elevation with my boat and a poorly tuned 2.5

Stewey you will find more speed running less trim and more height on the jack plate. Remember the safety gear!!

stewey....i talked to lifeline today...the s&f discount is 15%...and the jacket we want is a scoash over $400...but they will custom make it to your measurments and they'll match the colors of your boat.
