Sorry I just noticed this.

You can do it NOW. The only limit is the restriction to personal use type items. (If you're buying and selling SV registration is required). Also, if you're attaching pictures you should limit them to 3 per ad. If you want to use more, or have them open full size then just use an offsite host, such as WWW.Tinypic.com (http://www.Tinypic.com) and there's no limit to the numbers.
