Building new 22' center console cat. Need engine height, prop advice.

I am building this 22' cat. the first prototype had a single 250 Yamaha and ran 54 mph. The one I am building now we are putting Twin 175 hp Suzuki 4 strokes. The engines will be mounted on each hull transom.

Any suggestions on engine height and Props?

Rotate props out or in?

Appreciate suggestions.
