i just bought a 1993 evinrude 150, came off a nitro bass boat. can't find the model number or serial number on the block. any ideas where it is? also would like to get some info on the statistics on this motor, i.e. weight compression numbers, fuel economy, jetting, upgrades as far as power, ect.i already installed it took off a 140 1987 looper evinrude. ran great has a whole lot more torque, but only gained about 5 m.p.h. boat is heavt. had to put a sst 15x17 prop to get the rpms up aroung 5500. the numbers the guy gave me that i bought it from are as follows: model # e150gletr and serial number #g03155971 i was told this was one of the good motors, with the larger carbs ect. supposedly make about 162 h.p.? thanks for any help
