I can't figure out what year my engine is. It has no identification plate on it anywhere. I found these numbers stamped into the engine block. (G3529045) Can someone tell me the year?? I have been using 1988 as the year to get parts, so far so good, but I'd like to know it for sure. I know it is a looper if that is helpful.

Nope, no ID plate, like that when I bought it. Only numbers I have are these (G3529045). I found these on the block stampped into a freeze plug between the 2 cylinder heads. Any idea on what to do with them or how to get a year out of it?
