Porpising 25 Ocean Express Cat

I just pickup a 1992 25 foot ocean express cat and has a bad porpising problem. It starts porpising at 60 and leaps out of flat water at 90 at witch time I have to back out of it. It has twin 2.5 mercury's 240 hp carbureted engines with 14 inch mercury cleavers 3 blade 30 pich porps counter rotating out. Engines are up about as high as I dare about 2 inches above the bottom at center of nose cone. I live on an in land lake or farley flat water. I want to go much faster maybe add some more hp but I have to settle it down and get control.

Turning the motors in helps some. You can also use a tunnel tab in flat water which will stop it 100%. Put the boat into a slight turn while accelerating through it, then straighten it out after 80-85 also helps. You'll notice that the boat will not be hopping while in the slight turn.
