Hi I would like to convert my 6amp electrical system to a 40amp.
The part are from a 2.5 liter 99 200.
The purchase includes the stator, regulators, starter and fly wheel.
will these items fit my old 2.4? are there other items need for the conversion?
If other parts are needed, what should I purchase?

U also need the top cap, or U will need to purchase new bolts/screws that hold the stator to cap...The threads and length ov bolts are differnt!!...
U may also run into have'in to place the regulators wher ever U kan...The exhaust cover on your 2.4 ain't set up for the regulator mounting...U kan mount them like a promax!!
Unless your use'in tha early 2.0 starter and flywheel on your 2.4, your starter will work with the 40 amp flywheel!!...

Just a rumor that I heard but worth checking into. Some say the cowling needs some adjustment. I've even hear "Alien" mentioned. I can't figure out why. Seems to be plenty of clearance, maybe it's heat. The stock 40 amp flywheel is louvered.
