Choosing the right camshaft

I have a flat cam in my boat and am wondering if I can get some help choosing the new one. Its an 18 foot jet boat, has a BBC. I didnt build the engine so I don't know all the specs. I do know it has a Offenhauser tunnel ram intake with eddelbrock carbs (not sure what size) Bassett Headers. Don't know anything about the pump other than its a Jaccuzi. I don't intend to do any racing obviosly. Just motor around the lake and pull an occational skier. Any help will be appreciated.
