hey so far I have heard a lot of negative remarks about phantoms with the steps in the hull. I know these weren't meant to be. Unfortunately, I own the 16ft phantom that has a step in it.

All i need is advice. What can I do to either make the steps work so I can perform better on races? Do I have to redo the whole bottom? What engine mods can I do to bear with it for the time being?
