I have a ballistic prop 14 1/2x26 xl, part no. 345138, currently hubbed for a merc V6, using the small 1" shaft with 15 splines.
I need to swap to a fat, 19 spline gearbox. Is it possible to get the prop hub replaced with a 19 spline hub? I can't find any documentation/reference to whether this is possible.

If it's a drop in hub you might be able to use the big shaft Merc unit. If it's a press in you'll need a prop shop to change it out for you., But I don't think it's even available in a press in.I've seen some instances where press in hubs were not available or would not fit the application but a good shop would turn one down in a lathe and install it. Just have to check with one and see. You might try Billy Eaves or Tim Hackney at Performance Propeller in Soddy Daisy Tenn. If your out of the country I have no one to recommend.
