98' 225 cowl fit my 01' 200?

Will the 98' 225 evinrude cowl fit my 01 XP 200 mid section? I kinda like the newer look.

I'm assuming you meant 91 XP 200? You will need the newer style pans to go with the cowl but it will fit.
