Not yet. I called him yesterday and he already extended the stringers but hasn't put the floor in. I think by the end of this week i should have it back.

Hopefully I, and my crew, will be at the 'Crib' around 10am. Gilbert's is a bit north from the Crib, but both can be seen from the end of Buttonwood. I believe that is called Dusenbury Cr. at the north point. From there we'll take Tavernier Cr to 'Hens and Chickens' for some snokeling. Then onto the SandBar, tubing and????

Hey Mike, good to hear from you. One day, we leave Jupiter about 7 am. Put in at the Crib. Get back about midnight. Other than a day boating here, the only added expense is the gas and tolls for the trip, and, of course, paying someone to stay sober and drive.

I had my 225 up for sale on Craigslist, and got a few calls, but nothing serious. 2 sundays ago, I went out running around, me in my boat, and a few buddies, one in a 32 Skater(Paul from Razors Edge), and one in a 25 warlock, spent 8 hours burning fuel, and the motor ran awesome. I get home, wash the boat, then I get a call from some guy named Vinnie, he is either Mad tired, or had a good day:cheers:, either way, sounds like he is pullin my leg a bit. So I tell him to come over on Monday and look at it, turns out to be a really nice and knowledgeable guy. He gave me a deposit, and I delivered the motor to him Wed. at his shop, man he must be the porsche Guru, cuz he has a crapload of nice cars in there. Vinnie has been by the house twice since then, he brought my lifting ring back to me Saturday so that I could mount MY new motor, and came by last night to pick up and oil tank and hoses so that he can run the oil injection. Anyway, we got to talking about the keys, and he explains your boat, and says Dave, I am like holy crap, I met that guy(kinda:D). Do you know Paul from Pompano with the 32?? Here is a link to a video of us running that day, Paul walks right by me:reddevil: Would love to come to the keys this weekend, but I am better off running the new motor local for the first time, its a long ride to end up back on the trailer like that day.

Good to see everyone who made it out. Shaun brought his Skater posse with him. Action Dave made it down. The "5 O"clock Somewhere Extreme Tubing Team" commandeered someone's boat. And once again we proved that a Hydrostream can do 50 mph in 4' seas.
