I'll be there Saturday, September 7, 2002, as a spectator, Sunday I run my Hydrostream on Kincaid Lake, Murphysboro, IL. At New Athens, I hang out with Don Hill, Mirage/Merc or Lloyd Burns, Triad/Merc. All of you Scream and Fly members that can attend, come on out, we'll watch some fast boats and talk about the rest. This annual event features a full day of fast boats on the Kaskaskia River.

I wish I could go and see everyone. After the accident I made other plans for that weekend. I know Kerry King will be there along with many others from the board. I'm getting set up for the Jasper ODBA race in October. Say hi to Don, Bob Lipton, Ray and the others for me. Tom

I assume this is a 1320 ft full 1/4 race correct? What are the classes? Thanks. Steve

It's a full 1320 with the 125 foot lead in. Clock start while you hold on to the rope. Standard 1 second brackets from 7 to 13's. Held by St. Louis club and is a good time. If you haven't raced with them this year you need to be there Friday to get teched in or early Saturday. Tom

I won't make it. I'm taking a month off to get ready to move and potentially get ready for Jasper. As it stands right now, we're supposed to close on the new house the week before Jasper, so the trip down south is in question.

The rules will be much like we had here in ottawa, rope deflector, helmet , jacket, 1/4 mile. Entry is 175 and about 50 for club fee for 1 race, its a good race come on down.

No turns this week been out tonight with a new found bottom end acceleration, hope to have a good weekend. Still looking for Ricky I talked to E.M. tonight but its a little too much, I'll keep ya posted.
