I bought a pontoon with a 28 hp spl johnson motor, starts great, we can go up river for a few miles, then it quits, will not start back up for 1/2 hour to an hour, then wont run long at all,when I turn the key on the starter doesnt kick in, makes a humming noise,seems to spit water out ok,and seems to run fine going up...any ideas?????:confused:
