A BRUCATOS experience...............

I sent my injectors to BRUCATO's to be cleaned and flowed due to an on going idle problem. Spoke with Linda directly on all aspects of what the problem was with my motor. Injectors were received and flowed, 5 out of the 6 were flowing "FULL RICH", hense forth.........my idle problem, one was full lean and non-repairable which was replaced.

Now for the kicker..........my credit card failed to allow Linda to charge for the service performed and one new injector and she knew I had to have those injectors back A.S.A.P................

Bottom line is, she still shipped out all 6 injectors without payment for services/parts rendered, and I've never done business with them before. Needless to say all ended well and they did get the charge to take, but it's the trust and dedication to the customer that impressed me the most besides being so easy to deal with.

I don't think you'd get that kind of trust and service from anyone else. I'm a customer for life and I'll send them any other business I possibly can..........:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Twice recently, I have tripped a "Fraud Alert" on my credit card by using it in too many States/Cities in a short time. It is aggrivating to have to call Visa to get it turned back "On".

Agree completely. I sent them my PCU for re-programming about a month or so ago...Linda called me the same day they received it, to tell me that it was ready and would ship later that day. One day service! :cheers:
