200 Temp sensor

Im looking to find out how to set up the temp sender. I have a 1986 200hp mercury black max. it looks like it may have 2 senders under both top cylenders ( brown wire and brown with blue strip). The lido guage only came with one and the hole the original one was in is biger and not threaded. what to do...

yes but the one original sensor hole will not fit the new sensor hole is to big and not threaded any ideas

Original was was head temp. not water temp. just use the original sender.
