I used to be one of the biggest fans of Unlimited racing. I would read everything i could to keep up with it and watched every race on tv and could answer any question thrown my way. Now i couldn`t even tell you who the owners are. It`s a shame that we can no longer watch the Unlimited`s on TV. ESPN used to air all of the races and it was great.
Bill Muncey dedicated his life to making his sport a household name and fought hard to get it televised. Now he would turn over in his grave if he new what they have done to ruin the sport he loved so much.
I e-mailed the powers that be and basickly said the same as above. They replied by saying that they were working on a tv deal for the new season and would release a tv schedule soon. That was two years ago!
I miss watching the U boats.
