Well, finally got it on....

Its on nice and solid, even considering my mediocere glassing skills!:eek:

LaserEd sprayed it for me - You da man Ed!

I always liked the look of the "race" fairing, but also like having the option of the backseat. Keys Dave had this done to his Triad STV, and from what I hear Jack is gunna be doing it on most all the boats hes gunna build.

Hey Randy . That came out Looking Good ! You are correct , Jack will make you that peice on request ,but don't know if it's going to become standard or not .

Hey listen Rich - unlike some other "Xr6's" that will soon be on the back of STVs upstate, mine is still STONE STOCK! LOL The last guy in my motor was the poor sap on the assembly line!

All Right Randy , And mines as stock as the day it was put togaither also . Now ,How about you tell us about the Nitrous Nozzle Glassed into that Wind Slitter you had Ed paint for you . Got you a little Sneaky Pete bottle stuffed in your Life Line now ,Do You ? Think we.re not going to notice that mist of fog all up around the front of the cowling !

Hey , You coming up to Alligator this weekend ?

BigBoy - the best Ive seen so far is 108.9 - it might have 110 in it - we'll see:cheers:

LOL - You obviously didnt see the turbo hanging out of the back of the cowl! LOL.

No Alligator for me or Ed - we are concentrating on the Suwannee in two weeks - you outta roll on over!

Just has wh22 carbs and a small charging system - 135psi compression. Powerhead was actually a swimmer - been underwater twice before I got it in '02.

Dru I bought the boat without power - this is the same motor i had on my Laser for years.

Drew , Stick with the 15" mid . When you have issues and need a loner gearcase , you most likely will not be able to borrow a 12" . There just not that readally available .

Nope, Ive never been a fan of the alein - always thought the "260" style is the only merc cowl - IMO:cheers:
