WD40 let soak. Other than that you might try tapping the head with light force thinking not to push the stainless over the Aluminum threads inside. Use a little punch in the center of the head and just tap then try and turn it. Our tap and turn also if you can. Just go easy. What ever the tourque is supost to be tightening try and use rouphly the same amount the other way to be safe. Ya or heat.

if its galled, which is highly likely in aluminum, its not gonna come out without doing some damage

PB blaster is way better penetraing.
put the pb to it over night. try the bolt. if it doesn't work try a little heat to the aluminum. not the bolt just heat up the aluminum on the out side a bit. spray the bolt with PB, try working the bolt out to the left. spray the bolt shank with pb then work the bolt back in and repeat process. until it comes out.

First I DO NOT heat the bolt when trying to extract broke bolts. The purpose of the heat is to swell the boss ( Female thread ) NOT the bolt that justs makes it tighter as the bolt swells...Also according to where this bolt is . Is there any part of the broke bolt sticking out of the hole? Is so you might can TIG a bolt on the piece. If the part is small and portable take it to a mill, cinch it down to a table and use a smaller end mill and bore through the bolt , incert ease out tool apply heat to the BOSS not the bolt and remove..Works for me...

this what i got.i broke a bolt off one in the back.i can get that one out when i get that plate off.should be a piece sticking up.the two in the middle there are next.i tried one and it was hard to turn.i hit them with some pb blaster and they been sitting.the motor mount bolts look like there gona be hard to get off.what i'm doing is motor mounts, and i want to rebuild the steering shaft.while i had the power head off,i figured i'de replace the tuner with one from bobs.what the heck,it looked cool, maybe it will sound good to.anyway, thats why the questions about the bolts.thanks
