1994 2.5 Merc Bad Seal on a new engine???

hello guys,
I just intalled a new 1994 2.5 200 power head i bought last year from a trusted local place . I Started the engine and I notice there is a bit of water leaking from the cylinder head seal. Is that normal?? the seal look new, is there something i can do, because the warranty expired.

and the engine has perfect compression 125 psi on all cylinders. I hope there in no water going into the engine. I also know the bolts holding the cylinder head have to be tight to a specific pressure. So i dont wanna crank them down.

just change your head gaskets, part # 822844-1
