i want to remove the vro fuel pump and just run a electric pump.need advice on removal what to plug all that.and the water seperator im pretty sure its got to go. the way the vro is plumbed into it .....babbling:leaving:i need youre advice on removal of vro fuel pump and water seperator ..i just want to run the electric . thanks in advance ..p.s. vro oil side was disable when i got the boat .now the fuel side is shot.:thumbsup:

remove the vro, plumb in the electric pump and plug the pulse line going into the block.

thnks for the reply riverat.on top the vro there is an elbow fitting with two orings that pops into the seperator .i guess i need to plug that ,anyone else .with tips on putting an electric fuel pump on looper.im concerned with the vapor seperator or whatever its called with the float in it..

Going 2 the vro,tan,plug the pulse limiter with a 1\4 in. brass ftg.:cool:,holley red pump.:cool:

well im defianatley lost i have a facet electric plumbed in right now .before primer bulb pushing threw the vro.i wanted to eleminate the vro completely but i wanted to keep my primer choke .if i pull the vro i got a hole in the vapor water seperator.off the top of the vro has a elbow with two orings that plumbs it into the seperator lift pump and all that

I did the same thing, eliminated the VRO. Turned out to be a mistake. If your VRO is good then leave it on, if it's not get a new one. I wish I had read more on the VRO system before I removed it. I thought they were the cause of blown engines and I had no faith in them.....I was wrong.
