My boat in a sling

Any issue with supporting a hull with a pair of boat slings for a prolonged period? My boat house has a sling lift but concerned it may eventually warp the hull from sitting in a sling during varying temperatures.

Gary, I've been hanging a 22' Baja in my lift that way for 18 years all summer long. No issues. The straps are about 8" wide.
