:DDoes anyone know if the ECU, Dyno-boost adjustable boat performance chip would or does work? It intersects the intake air temp sensor with an adjustable control. I have never heard of it, but it does make sense. What would be the advantage of maybe fooling the ECU at blast off or top end? (http://www.magnumtuning.com/en/product_text/dyno-boost_adjustable_boat_perfomance-chip_inboard_outboard) But, I have a feeling it may be an adjustment to my wallet.

I have a 2001, Merc 225HP EFI. Already have TDR reeds, Simon flywheel, 250XB heads, Vertex .015 over pistons. Always looking for a bit more. Just surfing and came across this item. (Slow out of the hole, but wasn't before blowing engine, using same prop, 25 tempest).

Junk.
I could show you how to make the same thing with $5 worth of parts from radio shack and get the same result... but outboards aren't cars, they don't have IAT problems.
