I got windows Vista. I computer dumb . I need an image resizer program for dummies.

i am using one from VSO image resizer you can download it for free and it works a lot like the one for windows xp after you download it you just right click the pics and it will be in the list of things you can do click on vso and tell it what size you want it to be

No downloads and it's worked when I needed it to. Upload pics you want to resize. Work them and then save them when your happy...
