what spark plugs is everyone running in the V 6? I was running the champion QL16V in my 85 XP 2.6 because of the detonation service bulliton years ago but the local parts store told me they were just discontinued. Any suggestions?

OOPS!WHAT I MEANT TO POST WAS THE QL77JC4,THAT'S WHAT RACER TOLD ME TO RUN.
THE DIF. BETWEEN THE QL77V AND UL77V IS THAT THEY ARE BOTH SURFACE GAP BUT THE QL77V IS A RESISTOR PLUG THE UL77V IS NOT.:D

what does that represent verses the V? Are they just as costly?

THE JC4'S ARE CONV.PLUGS WITH A GROUND ELECTRODE. THE V'S ARE SURFACE GAPS
THE PRICE IS ABOUT THE SAME BUT THE JC4'S IDLE BETTER,BUT YOU NEED TO GAP 'EM:D

the big difference is that they are surface gaps.
