I have twin 200hp Mercury outboards on my 2003 Sea Fox. One of the engines will crank but not start...it is get gas but has no spark...since I have 2 of the same engines I changed the Control Module with no joy, engine that starts still starts, engine that wont start still wont start....battery voltage is approx 12.6v . I have not checked the trigger wiring yet but tech manual says resistence between the red+/white- should be between 300-350 ohms...I think there are more wires in the trigger wiring what resistence should those be? or does it matter?.
I have not checked the stator wiring either manual says resistence should be between 660-710 betweenW/G+/GW-, does not says what resistence should be for static testing between the 3 pair of yellow wires....or does that matter?
Can not image 6 CDm's going bad and kill switch is in the proper postion. Is ther anything else I can check to locate problem? all fuses are good....Thanks for you help
