You just knew I couldn't resist this! Yep, the only Yamaha in the bunch pulled em to shore with ease @ 30MPH. That will probably be the only time I was actually ahead of somebody. You thought MACH2 was slow, heck the best I got was 58MPH. Gotta go work on that engine. I am REALLY impressed by the willingness to help anyone out and Balzy making sure we were all OK. What a group!:D

Hey Matt, come on down to Lake Wisconsin this weekend. There are no spiders I know of and the drink will flow. Talked to Thumper this morning and we're a go regardless of rain or shine. So what's the story on the motor, any news yet?

I have been trying to find out when Nickfest is but everyone I see ask on the board hasn't been answered and I posted to Nick as well with no answer.

I originally had it as next weekend but then I saw it where someone thought it was going to be the 14th.

Hey fellow Cheeseheads! Nickfest is happening September 13th (Yup, Friday the 13th) through Sunday, the 15th, if I can still add.

Sorry for the late reply and I will start a thread ASAP. Some of you know I had a real headache business-wise. I'm not sure I am over the hump, but I'm sledding downhill for the moment. So. lets grab the moment together while we can.

Matt will be driving an Allison for most of Nickfest, so beware of a White and Blue, Chine Walking Maniac driving a 2003 Ally, rockin so hard the metal sounds like Jingle Bells!

The rest of you will figure this "metal clanking jab" out if you attend. It's nearly 12:00 AM and I just arrived in Three Lakes, UP NORTH Wisconsin. I will start a thread tomorrow. :D

I bet ya that after this year, Nickfest becomes Funfest!

The tow was an impressive sight (my Merc probably would not have planned off, but I still remember when Thumper towed that boat last year and got 47 mph with the two-thirsy-five.:D

Good thing Matt got a little pratice driving that Vector before tackling the Ally. :D I have always wanted a Gran Sport but aren't sure if I can take off the training wheels yet besides, who's got that kind of money?
