I really appreciate your efforts in getting my parts cut, cleaned, staked, and overnighted so quickly.
Jay made an all out effort to please the customer as he always does. My address label had my PO box and not the street address. Well Jay called several times but missed me ( Verizon wasn't helping out much) and even dug thru his old files to locate my actual street address so as to get the stuff sent fast.
