Cheap stock picks?

Anybody have any cheap stock picks on the NYSE and Nasdaq they would like to share. I've gambled a tiny bit lately on (Q) Qwest and (RSTN) Riverstone Networks. Its a roll of the dice, but I like the upside potential of beaten down stuff that everyboby else has given up on...its WOT. Reid.

i think the market is going to get a little worse tha it is now.took a severe beating this past quarter and hope not to loose that much again this quarter:mad:
