Help with 150 XRI

Runs good alot of the time, Then it will not want to get up on plane. It is not firing on the two bottom cylinders when this happens. Have tryed new Power Packs, Stator, and maybe a trigger( Dad's Boat ) Could it be the ECU ? When it runs right it runs perfect. Any advice appreciated.

Put the bottom two coils ( that are failing ) to the middle coils spot and the middle to the bottom coils spot and see if the issues follows the suspect coils...

Thanks, If the problem stays with the two bottom what does that tell me ?
