Fish, I use Rayco Mfg in Bradenton. They custom fab aluminum tanks to your specifications. We use them to reproduce correct size and shape tanks for antique boat restorations. Contact Jeff Reynolds, their info is at www.raycotanks.com (http://www.raycotanks.com). I'm sure they cost more than plastic, but if you need a custom size, they do great work, and their tanks are Coast Guard certified.

IMCO will make you cost guard certified tanks for less than what most others charge for the non certified. I bought one a couple years back and it was awesome work, awesome service, and awesome price.

Another source is Atlantic Coastal Welding - easy to work with, great workmanship.

:iagree: The tank he did for me was exactly to my design. 4 baffles that make 6 internal sections (stops fuel slosh) bottom sump, 1/2"npt bungs, etc. Tom does very nice work.
