CLE with Bobs vs stock with Bobs?

I have seen many comparisons between the different lower units CLE, Sportmaster, Stock, stock with Bobs cone. My question is how would a CLE with a bobs cone compare with a stock case also with a Bobs cone. Just wondering if it would be worth it for me to put a Bobs cone on my 2-hole CLE to run on my Vector.

Plus you can have an internal water passage instead of a hose hanging off it.

I have sent 2 cle cases to Bobs for use on Allisons , Both had external water passage. I think the cle case is stronger than stock. Bobs did a good job on these and several others I have sent them. Bob
