90 hp 2 stroke water in lower unit

I was told by the marina when they were storing the boat last winter that they found milky oil in the lower unit. They were going to call me with a quote to fix it this spring. I need to call and get this work done and the boat out of storage but does anybody have a good idea as to what this repair should cost? Is it a relatively simple fix or pretty involved.
