Awl grip paint

my freind and i want to use awl grip on our boat he wants to use the yellow and i want to use the oragne owr ?s are

do you have to clear coat it?

can you add a metal flake ?

and if you add the metal flake do you add it to the clear or the paint?

here the like the orange and yellow are right next to each other

I used the Awlcraft 2000 on my boat, great paint. You don't need to clear it, but clearing does add to the durability a little.

charger 2.. Awlcraft is good stuff. You can spray 2 colors over to get a fade. Metalflake will go in the clear cote. Use the #545 epoxy primer under the paint if possible.. Also this paint is very hazardous to use so be sure to use a good respirator. The awlcraft also has a metalflake color chart for a traditional matalflake paint... On a fade or color change you will need to clear it..
