Well, I don't know if the Memorial Day weekend of boating will happen. The river may be closed due to flooding. I have a garbage can I use as a rain guage. This was empty on Sunday. 20" of rain so far and it's still coming down.

This weather stinks and our Techs are hating working on these 480 volt rooftop machines in this constant rain. The occupants of these hot buildings can't understand why.

Looks like the Suwannee will be a washout for Memorial Day.

Whoa! Just think of the savings on your water bill if you installed a sistern like they have in the Bahama's. The weather reports are saying your area has recieved 9", which is alot. Are you sure your trash can readings are accurate? lol At least your in the right business, eh Noah?

That reminds me. When I get into conversations about male balding. I always tel them I'd rather have dead grass in my yard than no grass at all.

SNOW SUCKS!!! I'd rather have the rain.
Snow is cool for about a week, then I've had enough!:D I grew up in upstate NY, about 30 miles from the Canadian border, so I'm very familiar with snow and cold.
I'll take the FL SUN, RAIN, and "CANES any day.

WM,
I called Hontoon's yesterday, and they said the river has only risen about 16-18 inches, which is good, since the river was low anyway. They said there was no way they were going to close the river because of high water. Then again, it's still not done raining!

Who can't boat? Just have to watch out for floating coconuts, they make holes in hulls. What do you do with a snowmobil in summer? Lived at the Jersey shore for years, woke up one morning to 6" of snow on my boat. Sold the house, move to Fl, and began the New Years Day boat ride tradition.
