View Full Version : Need pics of white v-king with blue multi color gel

Am re-doing my boat, am thinking of doing the white with the blue multi color gel. If anyone has pics i would appreciate if you could post them.

I have an even bigger favor to ask. If someone could trace the dimensions of the multi color onto some paper, i would appreciate it. Whoever does it i will send a couple of hydrostream emblems to them. The emblems are made of resin. They look like the original metal ones only the face is aluminum colored instead of chrome.

Yeah, that's the style of gel, but the color doesn't look right in the photos. I want the 3 or 4 shades of blue (stripes) and a white base.

Anyone got some good pics of this?

i know your trying to make it more original, but I think that is going to come out horrible, the build of gelcoat outside a mold plus trying to do precise stripes will not come out that good, large edges from the gelcoat and the lines will not end up precise. You will put alot of labor into it and you may not be happy with the results

That is the color scheme! Please get me good pics of that boat all over. Please get real vivid color. If the boat is a viking and not a vector, is there any way you can trace the shapes/sizes of the colors onto a transparent paper.

I know to trace it is a pain, but i would really appreciate it. I will send some good looking resin hydrostream emblems if you will do it.

I do like the pics, but the one i am going to do does not have any red. It is only blues. Also, the size of the stripes are a little differetn on the hull sides. Good lookin boat, though.
