IMCO Steering with E-TEC 250HO ?

Hope someone maybe able to help - I have an IMCO side mounted steering system fitted to 250 E-TEC HO - and wondered if anyone else has the same set-up?

I have had a problem with the IMCO wing plate - the riggers in this country are sure it is not correct - IMCO are sure it is correct!

Result being that the riggers over here had another one made up - but that is not giving full lock both ways.

Will start to have a go at it myself - but if anyone has a photo of a successful installation it would save me a load of time and hassle! Also would help me in cutting the engine side casing to clear the wingplate.

A lot of the Hydrolic systems will give you full lock ,it depends how much lock you have lost ,at full lock can you fit you finger between the steerer and clamp bracket if you have lost say an inch or so shouldnt be a hassle .Have you unbolted the ram to determine your exact loss ??Does the ram hit the lower cowl ??Dont cut the side casing ,get some measurements first .
