too many variables imho, best bet is to take it to an 18 wheeler or dump weigh station. then launch the boat, have someone watch it, and take the trailer back and re weigh. the difference will be thr true weight of your boat.

Maybe around about wieght.

between 400 and 850 pounds for the bare hull. If I had to pick a number to bet on without seeing the boat I would say 700.

If you put some more information or pictures up you might get an answer, the information you have given is useless.

If you have a single axle trailer and a bathroom scale you can get your boat's weight within a few pounds doing this http://www.egyptian.net/~raymacke/Weigh.html
I've done this on a few boats, and it checks out very close.

Will the method work on a tandem axle trailer?

I can answer that. If the trailer suspension is a true rocker equalizer and is not binding, it'll work If the axles are independently suspended, or the pins and rockers are stiff, it won't.

It seems to me that the trailer needs to be as level as possible when measuring, as the center of gravity moves forward as the load is rotated around the axle. Maybe it cancels out. I haven't thunk about it that hard.

hope it helps

Yes, we just did one last week like that. We took the back wheels off to make it act like a single axle trailer.
