Bleed line routing...help!!!

Ok heres what I got... 92' Xri 200 used to be fuel inj. now I put carbs on it with straight port intake (not X drilled), Trying to figure out bleed line routing...:rolleyes: cant find a diagram for a 2.5 w/o X-drilled intake... HELP!!!

Does tha mota have that fittings on tha block??

If so, any carb'd 2.5 will work...Tha diagram iz any repair manual...Vert reeds are differnt...

When I use carbs on a efi block without fittings, I tie them all together, and return to the fuel tank...

Ive looked at a couple different 200's and there are a couple different routes... does the X drilled intake change the bleed hose placement as to non-X drilled??? I had to add a check valve to the bottom of the intake on port side...

Xdrill shouldn't matter....Tha 2.5 manifolds I have, have tha valve on tha front bottom(right side look'in at it from the front!!)...I kan't see wher ther should be diffrent route'in...Other than Vert vs Horz......Horz intakes all work tha same(fire'in order tha same and tha cyls all pull off tha same side ov carb)...Vert reed motas pull off diffrent carb sides, thus tha diffrent route'in)....I have only seen 3 diffrent bleed route'in pics in tha manuals...Vert...Horz...and XRI

Ok I'll check it out... Yeh I use a intake off a 2.4 (non X drilled) so there was no check valve, now there is!!!:thumbsup: soo if I pull a diagram off like a 96' 200 2.5 litre Carb motor bleed route that should do it...:cheers: Thanks AGAIN T-REX!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup, Should do what ya need.....I don't find tha Xdrill'in does much for tha behind tha liner cept make it hard to tune....Xdrill'in kame about on tha 2.4, pisson port mota, an wuz basically for Mod vp, off tha turn power...
