is give John Wolf or Nathan a call at Hydro-Tec marine in Nixa, Mo., both are quite knowledgable in the Yamaha world as they helped me with my ole' 86 150ProV on a 18' Hydra-Sport. There's other's on the board here I just had good results with Hydro-Tec...aka John Wolf. They have different performance packages you can buy with exceptional results...Good luck...Jim

You do need the reed blocks and reeds. 26 degrees timing unless you run premium and then can go to 28.
Intake is the same for 150 and 200.
Limiter is at 6100. Disconnect it.

It seems like Wayne has become the contact person . Between Ray Nuedecker (from the over the hill gang in Jackson Tenn.) and John or Wayne at Hydro-Tec you should be able to get all kinds of hop up parts and information.Yamaha performance parts are not as easy to find as the black motors but-heads-reeds-carbs-tuners-exhaust plates-flywheels . If you have the money the parts are out there. Joe R

Off topic, but do you have the deck extension for your boat? If not, I have one from mine if you want it. Just come get it.
