the merc xs motors i have a 300xs how many hours b4 rings and reeds its used 4 social and water ski racing.

I would think it would depend on you leak down numbers. If your leak down is still good I wouldn't worry about it. Once it goes past 12% -15% is when I would think about new rings. Not sure on the reeds. Good luck.
