What lower unit will work ?

What lower unit will work running a 240 sportjet power head ? 20" Bass mid.

If it has the sportjet crank, none. You have to change the crank before it will work. I have one here that someone put a Outboard crank in. A 2.5 outboard crank is what is needed.

It has the sport jet crank still and is together and i have been running it, just want to buy a back up lower . Ive been told i need a 3 liter lower.

So is it a "regular" outboard with a pump hangin' on tha bottom?

Its pushing a stv Pro Comp rather well ! The splines are different then the 2.5 but i think they are the same as a 3.0 but im am not sure and thought the Gurus would know and steer me in the right direction. I would like to buy a spare lower if i can figure this out.
