I love my go pro I just need to learn how to adjust it in the settings for the best quailty picture

Question: does this unit easily adapt to a RAM mount? I have one on each side of my Allison to mount mirrors and have one with the 1/4 X 20 stud that will affix my Nikon camera to it.

Also it would be interesting to see something like a side by side between the normal and wide angle cameras.

I just tested it out and i can get all the components to fit in a small flat rate box fro the postal service... so i can get it there for 13.00 dollars... the only negative is that i have to take it out of the original package...

I do not have any in boat footage from my boat, but i have some from Jose's... i will get him to post it on youtube for me

The suction has yet to come off but i have not run it in a race with spray yet.... best mounting is upside down on the inside top of the canopy... you are able to see the dash as well as everything the driver sees, for that mount i use a sticky mount

Yes, provided the surface you mount it on is smooth enough to maintain a good vacuum. You can do a test to confirm that by mounting the suction cup on to your boats surface (where your going to be using it at) and leave it there for 4 hours min. If it's still stuck on there tight after 4 hours, it'll handle the chop. One more word of caution, the higher the camera is mounted from the cup, the more leverage is applied against it to loosen it's suction grip. So mount it with as low a profile as possible to the mounting surface.
